
So first of all there is a big difference between being fit and healthy.
hum aksar sunte aa rahe h that if someone is fat or obese toh woh healthy which is clearly wrong. They are not healthy and stop saying someone healthy whose is fat and obese.
So
what is the real meaning of FITNESS AND HEALTHY.
-> See Healthy means you have no Disease you don't have any medical issues in your body.
-> And fitness means that someone is fit for a particular work which means he/she can perform any daily life task with ease.
(They both are interrelated words but interchangable)
People often misunderstood that fitness is about lifting heavy weights that's it and it's only for young peoples not for womens,kids and old people but you all are absolutely wrong.

It is the ability of the body to tackle daily life activities as well as an emergency situation, which required physical exertion with utmost efficiency.
the main goal of fitness is to improve life by increasing functionality/performance and combating degenarate forces of ageing.

Now fitness has five component.
1. Cardiorespiratory endurance
2. Muscular endurance
3. Musculoskeletal strength
4. Flexibility
5. Ideal body compotion
which i will be discussing in details in next blogs.
=> Another misconception is that people think that if they are playing any sports then they think it is helping them to build and increase their fitness level.
Sports don't help to build fitness or to increase strength, flexibility and other component of fitness.
working on fitness will help in sports but sports will not help in fitness.
and fitness is for everyone.
for kids, women, old age peoples it's for everyone
